6. Accuracy of Information

The following terms of use are in place to protect the quality of the content on site. Quality content means that jobseekers can find the most relevant positions quickly and easily and that employers receive relevant applications.

• To ensure equal exposure for all positions advertised on site, job adverts may only be updated/amended a maximum of five times per day.

• Once a job has been added and a created date has been generated, this date may only be changed with the permission of Jobvoyager.com

• Each position may be posted once only. Posting duplicates of the same job gives unrealistic search results and is deeply frustrating for job seekers.

• It should be made clear in the job description if a jobseeker is not applying for a specific position, but rather their resume is being added to a bank of resumes for future positions that may arise.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Dynamic Minds Be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to any direct, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or other indirect damages arising out of (i) the use of or inability to use the site, the service, or the content, (ii) any transaction conducted through or facilitated by the site; (iii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the site, the service and/or the content, (iv) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or (v) any other matter relating to the site, the service, or the content, even if Dynamic Minds has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the site, the service, the content, or with the terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.
